December 23, 2024 Is it time to amend the Constitution for Trump and Musk? Some Trump supporters love him so much that they would have him as our president for life. Some love Elon Musk so much that they would have him as our president after Trump. Well, our current constitution doesn't allow either scenario. The U.S. Constitution limits presidential terms to two. The Constitution also limits the presidency to natural-born U.S. citizens. It would not be surprising if Trump and Musk seek to push amendments to the Constitution in the next four years. If things go well, they may have leverage for amendments. If things go poorly, they would have a different leverage blaming the Constitution as the problem. December 19, 2024 I was a couple of days without the news, and this is what happened to me. For a moment, I thought everything was okay and going relatively well in the world. Nothing was perfect and nothing had to be. Perfection is a fiction of human imagination. Perfection doesn't exist in the real world and doesn't have to exist. Perfection is an innocent ideal exploited for commercial, religious, and political gain.  Without the news contrasting reality with an idealistic religious perfection, I was content with the beautiful imperfect world of which I am part of. Bitcoin and Tesla believers disagree strongly on the notion of the two being bubbles.  What is a financial bubble? December 11, 2024 When will the Tesla bubble burst?  We don't know Fools rush in. It's impossible to know exactly when the Tesla bubble will finally burst. Unfortunately for us at Creatix, we began shorting Tesla too soon. We are down almost 40% on our position as of today. We are not fooling ourselves thinking that we were ever make money on the short position.
