Why so many blacks will vote for Trump?

October 12, 2024

Why so many black Americans will vote for Trump?

In one word: racism. In another word: convenience. Some blacks are as racists against immigrants as Trump and the rest of MAGA supporters. Some blacks are counting on benefiting socioeconomically from Trump's closed border and anti immigration policies. Blacks, as all other humans, votes based on perceived convenience. For many, the perceived convenience is to stick to the tradition of voting for the Democratic party to secure more socioeconomic privileges and protections. For some blacks, voting for Trump looks convenient because they see immigrants as their competition for socioeconomic privileges in our country. Both views make sense. While Harris will carry the vast majority (80%) of the black vote, Trump may get up to 20% of the black vote, which would be a record. We predict that Trump will win these elections by a comfortable electoral college margin higher than the one in 2016.

Why will Trump win?

Racism against immigration. These elections are not about the economy, which is almost perfect. Trump cannot improve the current economy. From an economic standpoint, the Democrat's "open border" economy is a superior proposition than Trump's closed border and tariffs economy. However, since the vast majority of immigrants are non-white, millions of white Americans are incredibly uncomfortable and living in emotional pain. Since the immigrants do the jobs that poor Americans (both whites and blacks) don't want to do at the current labor market rates, many poor Americans (especially blacks) resent the immigrants as unfair competition.

In sum, whites see immigrants as racial "pollution" and blacks see immigrants as economic competition. The immigration issue is complicated and doesn't have an easy solution. The "New World" was established on white Christian supremacy.

It all began on a day like today (October 12th) 532 years ago. On October 12, 1492, Italian navigator Cristoforo Colombo discovered a transatlantic maritime route from Europe to the New World. He thought that he had arrived India, and died thinking that he had found islands off the coast of India. Anyways, after 5 centuries of colonization, many things have changed and political white supremacy has eroded significantly. Blacks are no longer invisible shackles although many remain psychologically oppressed and colonized. Many whites have been unable to realize the American Dream despite five centuries of relative privilege. There are millions of Americans who resent deeply the "fast" erosion of white supremacy and the fast rise of non-white immigration. The emotional pain is such that many fall into the trap of racism and are ready to sell out to our modern-day Hitler, Donald Trump.

Now you know it.

Live well. Die better. Enjoy.

Will AI enslave or free humans?

April 9, 2024 Who knows. The most likely scenario is that AI will free humans, not only from forced work for survival and that AI may become the new "slave". AI may also help humans turn into a more advanced (less biological and more artificial) species. Chances are that no human who is alive today will ever see that form of transhumanism materialize. Some current humans may likely live in a transitional phase where AI will continue replacing human workers in every field, allowing humans more free time to become the new "slave masters" on Earth.  We have discussed in many past articles slavery as one of the foundational technologies (tools and methods) developed by humans. All great human civilizations were built on the backs of slaves and slavery-based agricultural economies. The machines of the industrial revolution eventually replaced slaves and freed them globally. AI is the new "slave" and will lead to a new "slavery-based" economy that will

Who will win the debate tonight? Who won the debate?

June 23, 2024 Who will win the debate tonight? Who won the debate? Who won the debate between Trump and Biden in 2024? Did Trump win the debate? Did Biden win the debate? Who lost the debate? Did Trump lose the debate? Did Biden lose the debate? Who will win the elections? How many electoral college votes are required to win the elections? Who scored more points with independent voters in key battleground states in the debate between Biden and Trump?  Those will be common search queries tonight and next week. The answers will be opinions so they will be based on the bias of the source and will be accepted or rejected based on the bias of the audience. The fact is that the future has not been created yet. It is impossible to determine who won or lost the debate until after knowing the results of the elections in November.  The results of the November presidential elections are equally unpredictable. Creatix predicts that Joe Biden will win by a clear margin, wider than in 2020. Mark thi

Is AI new?

June 18, 2023 Not at all. Artificial intelligence (AI) has been around for a long time. AI refers to computer hardware and software mimicking human intelligence. Recent innovations in the specific field of Generative AI such as ChatGPT are making many people believe that AI is a "new" thing. In fact, AI has been around for a long time, and can be said to be as old as the first programmable electronic computers of the 1930s.  For more on the history of AI, and specifically for more about the history of Generative AI, check out this excellent article by TechTarget.com , What is Generative AI? Everything you need to know.  The article above will give you a very good idea about the history of AI, and where we are going next with the technology. Below are some additional notes to spark a few thoughts. The term "computer" was coined in the 1600s to describe a person making calculations and computations.
