Wall Street endorses Kamala Harris, the new Barack Obama

July 22, 2024

Wall Street endorsed Kamala Harris today with a whooping 1.10% increase in one day using the Wilshire 5000 as the benchmark. NVIDIA was up 4.5%, which made us increase our short position. We are betting that sooner or later winter will come for NVIDIA, the poster child of the AI bubble.

We have a race! The games are on.

The U.S presidential elections are the Olympics of American politics. Democrats have not nominated Vice President (VP) Harris to the presidential ticket yet, but they will do so next month during the Democratic convention. VP Harris has not chosen a running mate yet, but she will. Our prediction is that Harris will choose North Carolina Governor Cooper to the VP slot.

Kamala is the new black and the new Barrack

Americans in the anti-Trump movement (ATM) are excited by the developments advanced by the Democrats. The almost senile senior (ASS) Biden withdrew from the race. VP Harris has already received over $50M in new donations. There will be plenty of money (billions) floating around buying the candidates on both sides. There will be tons of miscellaneous sales of campaign memorabilia made in China.

Anti-Trump Movement (ATM) welcomes VP Harris

Below some slogans for Democrats to consider:

  • Kamala, Keep America All-American
  • Kamala, One America for All Americans

  • Harris Cooper, the All-American coalition

  • Harris Cooper, All-American coalition against Trump
  • Harris Cooper, Better Together
  • Harris Cooper, Stronger Together
  • Harris Cooper, Safer Together
  • Harris Cooper, Better, Stronger, and Safer Together
Make America Safe (MAS)

How can Democrats and progressives sell to independents and undecided voters their big government program? Independents and undecided generally disfavor big government, excessive regulations, and high taxes. That is a tough sale for independents and undecided who generally prefer a smaller government, less regulations, and lower taxes. As with any other sale and marketing campaign, Democrats need to explain their value proposition.

What do voters gain from voting for big government Democrats in these elections? The best we can think of is wrapped up everything under the umbrella of safety. American voters are overwhelmingly in favor of living in a safer country. Some are mature enough to realize that a safe country may be more expensive and may require a more expansive government. If the benefits are real, many may be willing to tolerate the progressive big government idea.

The alternative, regressive conservatism, may appear cheaper, but it may cost more in the long run. At least that is what Democrats should be able to explain and sell. Who knows? Maybe they can convince enough independents to beat Trump again. This time around it should be safer because Trump would not be the defeated President, but a mere candidate for president losing and failing again.

Dump Dumb Trump

It is important to remind everyone about Trump's Magic Touch. Everything that Trump touches turns into stinky fraud. However, there's no need to keep obsessing about Trump. The more Democrats focus on Trump, the more free publicity and attention Trump receives. Inevitably, attention leads to affection. There is no bad publicity in politics, especially in American politics. If Democrats can learn anything from experience is that the more they vilify Trump, the more popular he becomes. We Americans are rebels at heart. Tell us that we cannot do something or that something is forbidden like a juicy apple pie or a greasy cheeseburger, the more we will crave it and have it. If Trump is portrayed as the forbidden fruit of American racism, people will want another bite of the apple. If folks believe that Democrats are trying to prohibit them from voting for Trump, he will be fictionalized as a martyr of our democracy. Yes, humans are that stupid.

The Devil Wears MAGA.

Everyone knows that if the myth of God and Devil was real, Trump would be the Devil himself. Everyone knows who Trump is and what Trump stands for. Trump represents the dying white supremacy in our country. MAGA stands for taking America back on the dream of Making America White Again. Trump is super popular because millions of our fellow Americans are still white supremacists (consciously or unconsciously) at heart and core. It is not their fault. Our Nation was founded on white supremacy.

White supremacy is part of our DNA just like Neanderthal genes, cancer genes, viruses, and more. Perfection doesn't exist other than in human imagination, which is infinitely larger than reality. No wonder we imagine the existence of an omniscient, omnipresent, and omnipotent creator. God bless our imagination! In any event, Democrats should accept that white supremacists and confederates are also Americans and they will continue supporting Trump as their aspirational luxury brand. This is a democracy and it is their absolute right to do so. Of course, if they riot and break in into the Capitol again, they will be prosecuted again. Such is life and life is harder for racists.

Finally, never forget that Trump may be a rapist, a con artist, a fraud, a convicted felon, and the devil himself, but racists will continue supporting him as the standard bearer of the covert white supremacy movement in our country.

The issues are irrelevant

White supremacists hide behind the "issues" of the day, whatever those may be. Whether it is inflation, immigration, crime, health care costs, what have you, all those issues are pretexts to rationalize racist emotions. Science and liberal education burst the colonialism bubble and is ending racism. The toothpaste is out of the tube. Everyone can learn about how Europeans founded the Americas and how the west was won. In one word, genocide.

Of course, it is unfair to judge primitive European settlers of the 1500s - 1800s under the diverse knowledge and cultural standards of the 2020s. It's time to move on, away from the past, and into the fine future ahead of us. If you haven't realized that life in this world has gotten easier and better than ever, you are watching too much news.

Of Bitter White Men

Some white men are resentful and bitter about how the world has changed. White men are the smallest yet most powerful minority in the world. Nonetheless, humans are primates and always want more and regret the feeling of having less. While white men still have plenty and disproportionately more than anyone else, there is no longer a white men power monopoly.

Power in all of its manifestations (military, political, judicial, economic, social, etc.) has been democratized and is increasingly shared with the 94% of the world population that is not composed of white men. That's right, white men are about 6.9% of the world population.

Some white men see VP Kamala Harris as yet another threat. First it was Obama, now it is Kamala. Conversely, many white men see in VP Harris, the same diverse opportunities that they saw in Obama. It is totally okay and rewarding to share and expand power.

Diversity is safety, and safety is diversity.

Safety first. Safety in all of its manifestations (public, private, physical, military, political, economic, cyber, etc) depends on diversity in all of its manifestations (racial, cultural, intellectual, religious, geographic, linguistic, regional, etc.). To keep the country safe, we all depend on everyone else getting involved and contributing to our wellbeing.

As Americans, less than 5% of the world population, we need and want to leverage the resources and contributions of all Americans. This is the real world and not a fantasy reality TV show. There are more problems than white men can solve alone. We are better off working together. We are better, stronger, and safer together.

Well, there you have it. That was some food for thought. Now go out for a walk. Breath. You only live once. Enjoy.

When will the Tesla bubble burst?

December 11, 2024 When will the Tesla bubble burst?  We don't know Fools rush in. It's impossible to know exactly when the Tesla bubble will finally burst. Unfortunately for us at Creatix, we began shorting Tesla too soon. We are down almost 40% on our position as of today. We are not fooling ourselves thinking that we were ever make money on the short position. We truly doubt that Tesla can go down 40% any time soon.  We would love to add to the short position, but it would exceed our $3,000 limit on the stupid bets that we do for fun. We're not Mr. Beast. We have a very limited budget for ridiculousness. We would love to short Tesla tomorrow morning at the ridiculous share price of $424. Tesla is trading at an incredible 116 times earnings, which gives Tesla a market capitalization of $1.32 Trillion. Elon Musk added today $13.4 billion to his fortune. Yes, $13 billion in one day. Yesterday, he had added $11 billion. Yes, that's $24 billion in 2 days.  Six months ago, ...

Will prices go up or down during the Second Coming of Trump?

December 12, 2024 Will prices go up or down during the Second Coming of Trump? President-elect Donald Trump has acknowledged the difficulty of reducing grocery prices, stating, "It's hard to bring things down once they're up."  Lower Energy Costs and Better Logistics Trump hopes that lower energy costs and improved supply chains may prevent significant price increases on food. However, many economists believe that Trump's tariffs on foreign countries and massive deportation of illegal immigrants, which include millions of undocumented farm workers, will increase food prices.  Additionally, while Trump emphasizes the role that potentially lower energy prices may have in food costs, experts note that energy constitutes a relatively small portion of food production expenses. Energy prices may also increase despite experts forecasting that they will stay relatively low or go further down. After all, economists and financial experts are wrong often, almost all of the t...

Is there a Tesla bubble?

December 10, 2024 Is there a Tesla bubble? You bet. As of December 10, 2024, Tesla (Ticker: TSLA) is approaching an all-time high valuation, with a current share price of $401. The record closing price stands at $410, achieved on November 4, 2021. This gives the American electric car maker a market capitalization of $1.26 Trillion.  Tesla is trading at 110 times earnings. The average price to earnings ratio in the "traditional" automotive industry (excluding Tesla, and also excluding Chinese car makers) is about 6.7. That is, while almost all car makers in the world trade at 7 times earnings in average, Tesla is trading at 110, which is 15 times the industry average.  Major Automakers (Excluding Tesla and Chinese car makers) ranked by P/E: Subaru Corporation (Ticker: 7270.T): 12.0 Suzuki Motor Corporation (Ticker: 7269.T): 10.0 Toyota Motor Corporation (Ticker: TM): 9.70 Isuzu Motors Limited (Ticker: 7202.T): 9.0 Honda Motor Co., Ltd.
