Should you vote for Trump? A $13 T-shirt can help you decide.

July 7, 2024

Should I vote for Trump? Undecided voters in a few battleground states will decide the 2024 elections. If you do not live in a battleground state, your vote will most likely be irrelevant in terms of electing Trump or rejecting him. Nonetheless, you should vote.

Creatix -> sales matrix

The mission is to create sales. The vision is everyone enjoying sales. Why sales? Because humans need products and services to survive and thrive. Commercial sales in free market economies are the best way to promote the creation and distribution of products and services. Producers and vendors choose what to sell. Consumers choose what to buy. Voila!

Creatix sells ideas for profit.

Knowing nothing and unable to sell everything, we settle on selling ideas for profit. Data and information are practically infinite (PI) in this PI universe. We fish, hunt, and farm data and information everywhere, online and offline, to generate creative ideas for select food for thought. As with most ideas, most won't work for one reason or another. But sometimes, like a good meal, all you only need is one good idea to lift you up. Who knows maybe reading Creatix you can get ideas that can help you prosper in business life and in the business of life. Read on. It's free. Consulting is available via email or text at a "spa" rate of $125 per hour on a 100% honor system based on your financial means.

In this post, we sell a few ideas about American politics and our upcoming presidential elections. We are also selling a t-shirt that for less than $13 can help you decide the most fundamental question of all, should you vote for Trump.

If you don't know whether you should vote for Trump or not, ask around. See who says yes and who says no. That will give you a rough idea of how your community feels on the subject. When in doubt, seek advice. See what others think and suggest. You don't have to do what others suggest; you can actually opt to do just the opposite for fun's sake. We live for entertainment. Asking around will help you make up your mind about supporting Trump becoming a Trump supporter (Trumpster) and going against Trump joining the anti-Trump movement (ATM). If you decide not to vote at all, we can't blame you. It's a tough choice this year.

Spoiler alert. Unless you live in one of the handful of battleground states that will decide the elections this year (e.g. Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin "GAP-W"), your vote will be mostly irrelevant. This is because most states are traditionally affiliated to one party and your single vote will not change a thing. Your opinion still matters and you can still make a difference (e.g. campaigning online; contributing to the campaigns; cold calling; polling; donating; helping voters in other states; etc), but your individual vote will be almost meaningless in most states that are traditionally dominated by one party or the other.

Our democracy is representative and not direct. Citizens do not govern directly, but via representatives elected for office. The president is elected by an electoral college, rather than by direct popular vote. The Founding Fathers were concerned about populism and the dangers of a direct democracy dominated by the most populated states. Back in 1787 when the Constitution was written there was no technology to gage popular sentiment on demand and there was no confidence in that the uneducated masses would be capable of making smart and adequate political decisions for the Nation. Some things have changed; some have stayed the same. In any event, the are 538 electoral college votes in total. Whoever gets to a single majority (290 or more) is elected president.

If you live in Wyoming or Alabama, Trump will win with or without your vote. Same in many other traditionally red states. Conversely, if you reside in Maryland or Hawaii, the Democratic candidate, which will not be Biden, will win with or without your vote. The same in many other traditionally blue states. Think about it. Let us know what you think.

When will the Tesla bubble burst?

December 11, 2024 When will the Tesla bubble burst?  We don't know Fools rush in. It's impossible to know exactly when the Tesla bubble will finally burst. Unfortunately for us at Creatix, we began shorting Tesla too soon. We are down almost 40% on our position as of today. We are not fooling ourselves thinking that we were ever make money on the short position. We truly doubt that Tesla can go down 40% any time soon.  We would love to add to the short position, but it would exceed our $3,000 limit on the stupid bets that we do for fun. We're not Mr. Beast. We have a very limited budget for ridiculousness. We would love to short Tesla tomorrow morning at the ridiculous share price of $424. Tesla is trading at an incredible 116 times earnings, which gives Tesla a market capitalization of $1.32 Trillion. Elon Musk added today $13.4 billion to his fortune. Yes, $13 billion in one day. Yesterday, he had added $11 billion. Yes, that's $24 billion in 2 days.  Six months ago, ...

Will prices go up or down during the Second Coming of Trump?

December 12, 2024 Will prices go up or down during the Second Coming of Trump? President-elect Donald Trump has acknowledged the difficulty of reducing grocery prices, stating, "It's hard to bring things down once they're up."  Lower Energy Costs and Better Logistics Trump hopes that lower energy costs and improved supply chains may prevent significant price increases on food. However, many economists believe that Trump's tariffs on foreign countries and massive deportation of illegal immigrants, which include millions of undocumented farm workers, will increase food prices.  Additionally, while Trump emphasizes the role that potentially lower energy prices may have in food costs, experts note that energy constitutes a relatively small portion of food production expenses. Energy prices may also increase despite experts forecasting that they will stay relatively low or go further down. After all, economists and financial experts are wrong often, almost all of the t...

Is there a Tesla bubble?

December 10, 2024 Is there a Tesla bubble? You bet. As of December 10, 2024, Tesla (Ticker: TSLA) is approaching an all-time high valuation, with a current share price of $401. The record closing price stands at $410, achieved on November 4, 2021. This gives the American electric car maker a market capitalization of $1.26 Trillion.  Tesla is trading at 110 times earnings. The average price to earnings ratio in the "traditional" automotive industry (excluding Tesla, and also excluding Chinese car makers) is about 6.7. That is, while almost all car makers in the world trade at 7 times earnings in average, Tesla is trading at 110, which is 15 times the industry average.  Major Automakers (Excluding Tesla and Chinese car makers) ranked by P/E: Subaru Corporation (Ticker: 7270.T): 12.0 Suzuki Motor Corporation (Ticker: 7269.T): 10.0 Toyota Motor Corporation (Ticker: TM): 9.70 Isuzu Motors Limited (Ticker: 7202.T): 9.0 Honda Motor Co., Ltd.
