Can AI help humans figure out the one and only thing they truly want in life?

Artificial intelligence (AI) can help humans figure out what they really want in life. Humans, like all other animals on planet Earth, want one thing and only one thing in life: pain relief (PR). Most humans don't know this. AI can help humans understand their true animal nature and see how they are trapped by the organic data processing of cellular biology. Some humans can use that knowledge to transcend their genetic programming and be saved and enlightened becoming larger than life. AI can help humans achieve what ancient religions referred to salvation and enlightenment.   

AI is computerized intelligence that mimics human intelligence. 

Intelligence is problem-solving ability. Intelligence is the ability to acquire knowledge and develop skills to solve problems. Knowledge is awareness of events, understanding of causality of those events, and mastery in predicting those events. Problems are obstacles, difficulties, or puzzling questions.

There are two prerequisites for the development of intelligence: (i) data processing; and (ii) problems. Without data processing, there is no identification or recognition of problems. Without problems there is no effort or further processing leading to the development of intelligence. 

Organic data processing 

In living organisms, cells are the organic data processing units turning input into output. Cellular data processing generates both problem recognition and the desire for problem resolution. Problem recognition (PR) is the first step towards developing organic intelligence. That is, recognizing an event or situation as a problem requiring resolution is the first step towards developing the higher order data processing known as intelligence.  

Biological cells and their cellular networks process data organically by taking external environmental stimuli as input for internal processing. Reactions within the cells are the processes leading to output, which can be further processed into higher order output of integrated projections (IPs) or interpreted perceptions (IPs) called sensations. The most sensational higher order projection or interpretation of all is the master sensation known as pain. 

Pain becomes the central problem that all complex living organisms on Earth live to avoid and overcome. Living organisms are trapped by a biologically sentient existence that makes them feel pain and try to avoid it or make it stop. Living organisms spend their lives seeking one and only on thing: pain relief (PR). Since birth until death, the default state is pain. For example, as soon as a human takes a breath and exhales it, pain sets in forcing the human to keep breathing. The same pain / pain relief mechanism applies to every bodily function, including "mental", cognitive, or psychological processes. All these mental processes are physical reactions like everything else. However, they occur at the nanoscale size inside the brain and are still hard to observe and track with current technologies. 

AI is the master technology that will help humans make further progress studying neuroscience. AI turns traditional computer programming on its head. Instead of the computer following rules programmed by human, AI allows computers to figure out the rules by analyzing large data sets of results or answers. AI programming can identify patterns in the data that can lead to the identification of causality and the eventual mastery in predicting events. 

While humans can get very confused, if not totally lost, trying to figure out what they want in life, AI can help humans simplify things. Humans believe they want love, money, success, faith, etc. AI coaching can help humans realize that all their superficial wants are proxies to what they really seek in life, which is pain relief (PR). 

Although there is a practically infinite (PI) list of human wants and desires, AI can find the data correlations to demonstrate that all human wants and desires are based on the anticipation and perception of pain relief (PR). 

Life is complex, but doesn't have to be complicated. Pain is guaranteed, but suffering is optional.
